I thought about the 515 as well but do not know anything about it.I would imagine any SSB rig would also be capable of CW. Perhaps he meant no AM or FM included.The T/R 599 "Twins" also came to mind Doc,but they were solidstate as well with tube driver and finals.

Actually we had a good system of radio enforcement until KFM came on.

"You don't bother us, we wont bother you." was the way hams/cbers/commercial/pirates delt with Industry Canada. (Within reason.. you can't just fire up a Marine VHF on channel 16 and have a chat :P )

However Karol came along. Industry Canada does NOT want to deal with this.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
