if it was a cobra with a front mic , good but mostly lateral move .

get your money and your radio back, and tell him this radio is in need of repair.
tell him the repair will cost at least 50 dollars, so you'll give him 20 dollars for the 78LTW.
if he goes for it, you have a good radio to learn about how to align and repair a cb with.
and you only paid 20 bucks for it, so its no big deal if you cant get it working right.
if you do buy this radio, come back on here and start a thread about how to align the receive on a 78LTW, and we'll help guide you through it.
