I cant find any info on the mod for the clarifier for the Tram D 80. It has a dual pot that the clarifier is on.

It uses the 511 chassis.
Never did one; but guessing it would be the same clarifier mod as a Uniden/Pres Grant, Washington, or 142GTL.
Perhaps someone else can say for sure.

Yep, same as a Uniden Washington. I had sent you the wrong info, Sorry about that! 
Remove D36, and R187. Remove red wire from PCB and move it to pin 3 of the MB3756 voltage regulator. I actually put it on (+) side of C66. Remove Brown wire from the PCB and connect to PCB ground. That should get you unlocked.
