Anyone have any information on the Motorola 3800 9126 transistor

It's technically an SRF3800, which is identical to an MRF492.

The MRF492 is a 70W 12.5V 11dB gain transistor. It's close to the 2SC2290 that goes in there, the SRF3800 has a little more output and a little more gain.
