transistor specs


It's technically an SRF3800, which is identical to an MRF492.

The MRF492 is a 70W 12.5V 11dB gain transistor. It's close to the 2SC2290 that goes in there, the SRF3800 has a little more output and a little more gain.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
