I have not dealt with Troy Radio Service but had a cursory interest in the Brazilian (?) VFO module that was being promoted. I went to the website to get the latest news ... nope. All gone. What's up?

That's an email address. Google seems confused as well with two separate businesses with the same troyradio.net web address.
