I know from my reading that 2M band is .6mhz and I thought from my reading 70cm band was .5mhz but I found on another webpage the following and it says 70cm is 5.0mhz:

Band Offset +/-

6 meters 1 MHz

2 meters 600 kHz

1.25 meters 1.6 MHz

70 cm 5 MHz

33 cm 12 MHz

23 cm 20 MHz

How to Use Amateur (Ham Radio) Repeaters- A New Ham's Guide to Repeaters

I'm trying to confirm whether or not 1.6mhz is the correct default offset for 1.24 meter band.

Thanks

You are correct, the offset for 1.25m is 1.6 MHz. Don't forget about the 10m band which has FM repeaters above 29.0 MHz. The offset is +100 KHz.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
