Here is another problem ?? when i set driver at 100 watts dead key, and tune 220 big box then talk it back swings on my bird meter ?? is this bad??

supposed to swing foward not backwards..

I kid you not acording to ralph aka wizard theres no way to get an amplifier to key and hold a given power level when modulated on am let alone swing foward on a rms bird 43 meter.
Acording to him every amplifier should swing backwards thats why bird invented the peak kit.
