Hope you have better luck than I did finding info on this mic sonwatcher. I believe you already figured out the wiring, but it is the same as a +3. I did post a similar question a while back and nobody seemed to know anything about it. I have both a CS1 and CS3, and the only info I have been able to find on them is here:

And here I am posting on a thread from 20 years ago. I just rebuilt one of the CS-1's and it is a fine mic indeed.
