Has anyone ever seen a replacement mic element for a Turner JM+2/U mobile mic? My stock element has a big hole in it. The rest of the mic is in great shape and it would be a shame to toss it.

It is used. It is branded pinto I think. I lost the ptt button at some point and haven't messed with it in a few years.
