Turner Plus 3 Desk Mic

Hay All I have a Turner Plus 3 Desk Mic I use on my Lincoln It has a switch on the bottom that says electronic or relay. Ok what does this mean I am confused

Set it on 'electronic' and you are done.
So long as it wired correct for that radio.

That is a nice mic choice for that radio - IMO.

Older radios use a Relay for TX/RX switching,newer radios use Electronic switching
