I forgot the get back here. The Johnson element is ceramic or crystal, whatever Plus Three is. Same element as Plus Three. So, I'm still looking for an OEM SSK element.

I still haven't got back to my Turner sidekick 100. I've been working on other things. As soon as I know if that mic elements any good or not I'll let you know.
