Two 2879'S Amplifier help

I have Two 2879's Amp. Running at 14 volts every time key the amp and start talking the volts drop from 14 volts to 9 volts and watts decrease. I need help in troubleshooting.

how big is the Power supply ? And what class is the amp?

Need more information. Base or mobile, what gage feed wire, how long of a run, how big a power supply?

Also what type of radio are you using?
