If you go to Norms Rotor Service you'll find ALL the info ya need on those. Norm owns all the rights to these oldie but goodies AND has parts and services for them too! Check him out. Good luck 
If you search a bit you can find lots of those control boxes out there for cheap in nice working condition.

I think there was a post about someone saying they went around and people would allow him to take their old TV antennas down for little or nothing. He would save the rotator from them dunno if he used the antenne also. Just wish I could remember the thread I saw it in.
