UIView32 ver 2.03

I have a problem with UIView. I am internet connected and can only see other stations that are internet connected.Those I can see I cannot ping or message. I have not ticked receive only in set up.If I look at myself on APRS FI I can see stations that are radio connected as well.I have tried removing the programme from my computer and then re-downloading it but this doesn't make any difference. Can anyone out there give me any help please?
 

Also, the default list of APRS servers that UIView has in the downloads is outdated. That's probably part of the problem.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
