Hi all I am tinkering with one of these radios and I need the Power VR Adjustment and the Modulation VR Adjustment numbers For setting this radio also the transmit frequency Adjustment if possible I dont have it I dont think but Ill keep looking here also. Thanks Tony.....
 

this radio is very simlar to the Cobra 25 / the sluged/coil in front of the final will give you more power /VR-5 should be audio

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
