don't see the tr23 on my board i got the scamatic of the cobra 29 and the labals are diff......

8 volt source

If you have a volt meter check pin on the voltage regulator for the 8 volt source (should be on right side of board fasten to the side of chassi for heat sink), what are you trying to hook up, there may be a better place, if I knew what you were trying to do...(PM me will get faster responses)....Hope this helps.....
