I acquired this scanner and it has not been run in 2 years, I have owners manual in pdf and read instructions on how to program. At first it said mem loss, I reset it according to info found on net. I have heard ham operators on it and the weather. I would like to program local freqs on it. It does not have a keypad. I have tried to program and cannot seems to get it. I have goggled it and found some ways. But just don't get it. I have a older radio shack scanner and it has keyboard and easy to program and it picks up local freqs easily. Please Help.
