Uniden UHIC007 VCO chip availability?

The Uniden and Cobra UHIC007 VCO chip used in many of their SSB radios is hard to find on Google if replacement is needed.

Does anyone know of a source/supplier of this part?

Perhaps someone has repaired one; bet that was no small feat!

After some more research for those needing to replace this part, the ECG 1262 and NTE 1262 are direct replacements.

Not verified, but there is an alternative IC too. It is the UHIC070 and can be found at:
