Uniden Washington - No SSB Transmit

Transmits/receives fine on AM.
Just no transmit on SSB.

Any particular common problem part/area?

This is the 8719 PLL version of the Washington - BTW.

They say its finals have given out check all the diodes and little parts on the board also may have a loss solder joint , to found if you have one get a plastic end screw driver , and tap the bottom of the board while radio is on , and if you find one fix the joint .
