if you have trouble locating one brand new you can take one out of a 29 LTD or a 1000 GTL. You may have more luck finding a parts 29LTD.

ebay hit or miss
I had luck finding OEM NEC pll's on ebay, I grabbed an NEC 2816 for $6 w/free s&h, but that was a couple of years ago. I know a tech in my town that has a shop, I can ask him if he has one or 2 that he might sell to you. I'll shoot him an e-mail monday when his shop is open and see what he's got. I bought an OEM 8719 from him recently, still in original anti-static packaging. 73's

link but did not quite have the auction money in these hard times. You may
drop me a PM if the price tag is reasonable now.
I have been told by another radio operator that in edition to your NEC
number that there is a SK3881 which a cross reference.
