Remove r 14 replace r12 with 100ohm resistor. I did this in my cobra 138xlr but can't for the life if me remember where I read it or what the purpose of this mod was anyone familiar? I just did it in my sb520d seems to drop the signal meter maybe like an agc defeat or tone down??
