I wanted to run some of my radio stuff via serial cable, and found this adapter on Amazon:

It was easy to set up, and works just fine with Windows 10. Seems to be pretty RF proof, too. They have them with more serial connections if you need more than 2. I'm running an AOR 8200 MkIII and my Yaesu FTdx-3000 with it. Mostly wanted to free up my USB port on the Yaesu to play with microphones, but this also allowed me to run the AOR with software... which is pretty darned cool!
