usps shipping question

i have a radio packed in a Priority red and white box. can i ship it Parcil post? its 17$ to ship vs. priority 33$. only difference is the time to ship, parcil 2-8 days priority 2-3 days.

i want to print the shipping label but dont want to mess up. its a red and white and blue priority box 12x12x9

You need to remove/cover up any hint of it being a priority box if you want to ship it parcel.

Usually, I wrap and tape the box with heavy brown shipping paper or you can use brown paper grocery bags to disguise the priority box.

a large flat rate box ships for 15 and change .
a medium flat rate box is 10.95

could go that route too.

What ever you choose, write "Please Crush", "Stomp Here", "Puncture This End".
Using reverse psychology with the morons at the USPS never hurts.

i wrapped the box in brown paper then wrapped the whole box in brown tape. good to go. im not paying the shipping for it. everytime i sell something i screw my self in the shipping cost.

tho i am curious if you spray paint a box brown if they will ship it? lol

As long as you leave off the radioactive material or biohazard stickers you should be fine
