I'm trying to understand what all this mod does. With the TIP transistor. how come You remove the modulation trim pot vr4 (cobra 29 btw) and after afinal swap and variable power mod does it Typically through of the radios meter? My dead key on the radio is showing 2watts (into amp) any one know what this mod does intirly
