varible power + Mosfet?

I would imagine the variable should work.

Yeah I know the mod well, but was more interested in if I would be ok doing the variable as well.

I don't see why not , but first you need to get the power up first with the mosfet to do so . If you only do what cb tricks tells you concerning a 29 , I doubt you will see more then 2 watt DK to begin with , more changes need to be done to get the dk up in the first place. If the variables will work with the 69s , they should work as well with the mosfets.
