i have a friend of mine that uses a siltronix 80 vfo, he may be willing to part with one, i do know he has a siltronix 1011d comanchee radio for sale for 200, obo.

yeah, i have a siltronix 90 on my cobracam 89.
i was sort of looking to go all tube, but really hate to hack up a pristine 90 in some homebrew spaghetti fiasco to see if i can get it to work on the sonar.
i would be happy enough with rx. i doubt the siltronix can match the plate voltage of the sonar for tx. lol.
try to find a cheap pal b-3 maybe ... or a siltronix -3 or -7 will get me reasonably close to what the sonar is listening at?
