Vietnam on 28.499 listening up 28 500

Made 4-5 calls.....no contact....tried QRP a couple calls..100 watts couple or three.
I did not hear him early enough.....I think had I got in a 1/2 hr sooner it would have made a difference....I will be listening for him tomorrow
Also heard a Thailand station this evening....weak but working some USA stations.
Conditions were not as good as it has been over the last couple days....I only heard a few Ja's and VK's
I may be forced to 15-17-20....plan on working radio in the morning. 73

Since Monday conditions on 10m have been cooling down here in Ohio.
It was very very quiet on 10m, 20m was open though!
On .499 could just barely hear activity, had to go outside with my flashlight make sure my Moxom was still up last night.
