I just became aware that the site was hacked and an exploit planted that was causing this. There shouldn't be any side effects to your PC's, but you should run some malware scans to make sure nothing was downloaded from the redirect site. I recommend using Malwarebytes.
The exploit on this site has been removed, but if anyone notices anything weird, please let me know.
