Help please, recent purchase via eBay "Voltcraft 2040" Oscilloscope in mint condition however User/Service manual in German.
I've looked everywhere for translated copy and nothing.
Wondering if at all possible someone here could assist/point me in the right direction.
I know these instruments are not expensive but it's so clean and fits well in my shack.
