WANTED MOBILE $1,000W Export$ +-

Now show it working stable on sideband, with the cover closed? Without a drop of RF shielding and 700 watts a fraction of an inch from all of the low power circuitry, this radio should be quite the oscillator, without a carrier swamping out the oscillations. Where is the decoupling for the radio's DC feed? The zener diode for bias, doesn't offer any thermal tracking. How is the spectrum analyzer sampling RF? Is it through an attenuator that has flat response through VHF? I'm sorry to be critical however, I've done this enough times to know that it's nearly impossible to achieve stable operation at this power level, without any shielding between the amplifier and radio.
this is what i didn't like the amps look good but i didn't like the cover he made now maybe it wasn't done or just a test fit idk 1732869923572.pngthis was last year could have changed by now1732870324105.pngi was hoping for a cover like this on this magnum1732870590461.pngor this from a 69FFB4

  • @ Deon:
Good day, I have an Icom IC910H radio. I want to program a memory with split frequency tone on TX only and NO tone on RX,. Is this possible to do from the face of the radio? I don't have the interface to connect to a computer.
  • @ crappykraco:
@Deon very unlikely to get a response here. You are better off starting a thread on the topic.
