I some comp style boxes and maybe a few other styles, I have seen a fixed capacitor that runs from relay. (these post left to right have a solder bridge across so that if amp is not in use it can simply feed thru/bypass the amp when relay is not active). This cap. goes from solder bridge to ground. What is the purpose of this cap and wouldn't it bleed off some of the drive going thru this section? Just wondered what anybodies take on this was.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
