I am looking for a good place online to read up on how Radio Waves Propagate.

Like Groundwave Skywave Line Of Site Wave.

I whent to Wikapedia and Google and all over.

And I find a little bit here and a little bit there and everything kind of talks out of both sides of the Mouth.

With such discussions of technical nature, there's no need for such bias and half-truths.

Perhaps you want a more basic explanation of radio propagation for the radio hobbyist.
