On the switching supply front everyone knows they are electronically noisy and they always have been. It is a matter of of if the noise is where you talk and listen that matters.
You can reduce the noise some and move it around but you will never get it all out.
I think the "Mega Watt" units are specifically marketed at CB'er's as such the noise is not where CB listens or talks.
