That Cb style amp was built out here in CA, years ago....southern ca to be exact, by a company that now sells RF transistors =)
They made a TXL 80B, TXL 100B, a TXL 150B....they even made some VHF amps for a while.
Like most of the Amps of that era production stopped when FCC started to bring heat on about 11 meter amps.
2 transistors, most likely from the SRF line.
If you like you can see a example of one of the 2 Meter amps here: https://www.facebook.com/RFParts?hc_location=timeline
Here is a picture of a TXL 80B
Looks much like one of the old Palomar TX 100.
Lots of Amps with different names came out of So-Cal back then.
Palomar Engineers and RF Parts Is still alive and well today.
Had a TX-50 many years ago. Cute little thing it was! Just one little switch, on and off.
However I have seen some versions of it that had what appeared to be a second switch added in a separate case, but still attached to the main case. Never could figure out what it was for.
I'm looking for factory settings 1 through 59 for a AT 5555 n2 or AT500 M2 I only wrote down half the values feel like a idiot I need help will be appreciated
