It's solid state and has an internal power supply

sounds great on SSB and AM (never tried it on FM)

It's called a Golden Eagle 150

In my book a used amp should be no more than 50 cents a watt. But FLEEBAY idiots demand more or errr pay more (same difference).
A few bucks more for that one having its own power supply I would think

so maybe $100-$150 as it is a base amp an in really clean condition?

also the power supply is adjustable and regulated

yes sir, the owner ended up trading it off to me a couple months back, after he picked up an 8 pill base amp. Good memory

If it sounds bad on SSB (which the majority of transistor amps do) then it is worthless....

Ill look to see if that amp is listed in any of my books or literature here Im thinking that if its class C then its pretty much just good for AM use. What transistors are in it and what are you looking at trading for it?
