WHAT IS THIS DIGITAL SWR POWER METER??

Any of you ever seen one of these digital meters this guys messing with?? Ive never seen one that I can remember and was this somesort of a kit?

Old feller I know built one of those. It's from Radio-Kits or something like that. Can't remember, but it came from the UK or Aussie land.

I think its kinda cool and wouldnt mind getting one. I have a few of the Radio Shack digital 20, 200, 2000 watt meters that I did the peak reading modification to that work great on all the HF bands but this kit looks pretty cool aswell and I like the option of seeing power and SWR at the same time.
