What happened to these I know there was a Cherokee AH-100 and the RF Limited Spitfire both SSB capable handheld radios that could be converted for frequency exspansion. I would like to find one but havent seen or heard anything on either of these in years being disabled I could use one for communication to my family at home when Im out walking Deer hunting ETC

As far as I know they are no longer in production. Occasionally I have seen some used units for sale on eBay and at my local Hamfest.

those are no longer made.ive seen from time 2 time just
the 40. channel versions.check yard sales ,garage sales flea markets, auctions ya may find a used set.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
