haha i know what it is .its a modulator ,but what kind?and being zip tied to the rf output wire cant be good right?this radio got crazy audio.gotta back the mic gain down to even use a skythumper mic on it ..lol.who knows what kind this is?

It looks like something along the lines of the "M-80 Modulator".
I would not have it straped to the RF Output wire......if it is mobile the vibration of the thing would be a little rough on the connection.
