Where is R148 on Midland 79-290?

Anyone know where the resistor 148 is located on the Midland 79-290 radio (year 1995)?

According to another website, "Modulation limiter can be defeated by the removal of chip resistor R148."

It would be most appreciated if someone who has a board schematic would also send it to me or my husband Captain Caveman at bprater@cavetronics.com

Hello did you ever find 148 on your 79-290? I cant find R148 R138 or Q33.. Sorry bout the belated question. If you have any info it would be appreciated .

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
