I did buy my Sirio Performer PL-500 from H&Y. They are a official Sirio dealer that's my experience with them

Will the new vector 4000 receive well on the 26mhz band? I listen down there between 26.545mhz up to 26.915mhz

For that you have to look at the bandwidth and determine how you want to tune it. Also a antenna tuner can come in handy
