Hi everyone,
Well, as sad is it is to say my HP 5370B quit working. It was an amazing freq counter and I had it aligned locally so I was in great shape here. Unfortunately, I am getting a PLL error and well, that's it. Now I need a replacement counter.

One thing that I loved about this counter is that it could display 10 digits of resolution and the refresh rate was instantaneous.

Which frequency counter are you using?

Considering what you had, you should like one of these; HP5328A. I bought mine almost 10 years ago. I made up a couple of video's back then as well;

I use hp as well. Cant beat them for the price. Sent mine in for calibration and certificate. Expensive but worth it.

There are 2 of them on E-Bay that I am looking at now. One is a Keysight HP53131A and the other is HP 5342A

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
