Anyone know if a mic wired for a 5 pin cobra 2000 will work on a 5 pin HR2510/Lincoln or will it need to be rewired...?

HR 2510 vs Cobra
I am not 100% sure but I have a mic wired up for a 5pin Uniden Grant Classic (which is supposed to be wired the same as the 5pin Cobra) and this mic will not work on my HR2510.

Try this-
2510-
1 = Audio
2 = Ground
3 = Transmit
4 = Chnel Up
5 = Ch Down
Do not connect pins 4+5
5 pin Cobra mic-
Shield = Ground
Black = Common
Red = Mic or Audio
White = Tx.
Blue = Rx.
Put red on pin 1
shield and black on pin 2
white on pin 3
Do not connect the blue as the radio receives without it.
2510-
1 = Audio
2 = Ground

4 = Chnel Up
5 = Ch Down
Do not connect pins 4+5
5 pin Cobra mic-
Shield = Ground
Black = Common

Sonwatcher is correct with the wiring for the mic.
And to answer the question, if you take the mic right off the 2000, no it will not work on the 2510 or lincoln.
