I have a new Freightliner Cascadia(company bought it),will the factory am/fm stereo still work well if I replace the factory fiberglass antennas with Wilson FGT-4's and tune them correctly. The reason I ask is that the new Freightshakers have a multi-plexing wire harness and the cb and am/fm use the same antennas. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm usind a T&P'd Cobra 29 Black Chrome for a radio and will be putting a Palomar 275 behind it with a var. mod and receive kit in radio soon.

i would check with wilson first, but i would bet no!!most cb anntenas are for just that and multi-band use is not the general norm

Incoming Region Produces X3 Solar Flare
    May 15, 2024 @ 14:55 UTC
Another major solar flare, but this time from an active region just beginning to turn into view off the east limb. It is possible that the group responsible is old AR 3654 from the previous rotation. The latest flare, an X2.99 event just peaked at 14:38 UTC (May 15). Stay tuned
