Windshield shading issue

Have dealer run a VIN build sheet. Or ask on a forum dedicated to the make, model of vehicle. There's always someone out there that knows.

Myself, I'd just just get a couple extra 3M type pads and play around until I found the sweet spot.

Well, it turned out not to be an issue, mainly because I had forgotten about the windshield wipers. I mounted the inside box right above the rear view mirror but as I was cleaning the glass for the outside base, I noticed that it was right where the wiper would swipe. Oops! So anyway, I put it in the top right corner of the windshield and it works like a champ other than it making a lot of wind noise. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
