Wire dipole

works great. I've made them by soldering wire to a BNC or other favorite connector...then just string them up. even a 2m dipole is small.

mobile? I guess you could tape some wire to the windshield, like they do AM/FM antennas.

Another one that works well is a twin-lead j-pole. Stick it in your pocket.

How do you get more stealth than the duck...!

never mind this is the wrong forum. 11 meter mobile dipole... yeah, a 102" SS whip is one leg and the hood is the other...

17 odd feet of wire wrapped around the car is not my idea of stealthy. Maybe on an 18 wheeler!!I do remember some body retailing a stick on the glass loaded antenna with a match box.A friend of mine had one in the eighties along with his am fm stereo with built in am cb it was as stealthy as it got and we wont talk about the lack of performance.
