wiring turner m+3 to yaesu ft-one

Hi, I have a yaesu ft-one radio. And i want to wire my turner m+3 microphone to it. I have looked all over the net with no luck. I was hoping maybe someone mite no the wiring code for the mic to the radio? Thank you.
