workman pp-160 8 noise toy box programing help

hey yall im new to this site.but have been in the CB hobby for quite sometime now.ok heres my question.i just relieved a workman pp-160 noise toy box as a gift,im trying to understand the instructions on how to program the sounds to the toy box.i just cant understand them.they are not in plain English if you know what i mean.have plugged into computer speaker jack,listened to the sounds and tried to record with no luck.just curious if anyone else has one of these and can walk me through this. sorry if this has been asked before.any help would be greatly appreciated.

you are more then likely making it harder then it really is ? this is the same for you other then your dealing with 8 recorders in one. (those are really nice when set right for given radio/tune and audio settings)
