Would there be a way to use with Bird line section?

Most Bird line sections generate 30 or 100 microamps for full scale deflection of their meter. The digital meter you are looking at takes up to 1999 microamps. From this information it would seem to me that the line section will not produce enough drive for this meter. Even if it did, the readings would only be relative and not given in actual watts.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
