Wouxun KG-UV3D fails to program

Well.... It's not the usual USB conflicts, USB is working fine. The radio resets as the software attempts to read or write to the radio. The same happens if I try to clone as well, so it is not limited to the USB cable. And the LED light stopped working as well.

I opened up the radio and found some white residue near the mic/programming plugs, maybe corrosion, not sure. Any place to look for more issues?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
