WTT Bird 1000a for 250a

I have a 1000a Bird slug that I got from NM3E some time back. I no longer need it, but I do need a 250a. NM3E has the 1000a and the 250a both listed at $85 new, so it should be a straight up trade for a slug in similar condition.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
